Raw Material Inspection
Our QC colleague will check raw materials when they are bought from market. All details will be inspected, including sizes, finish, hardness even composition with the help of external labs.


In-Process Quality Check 
Among the machining stage, when one process is completed, every part and component will be checked to ensure anything is under control.

Final Inspection
Once one part is totally finished, a complete inspection would be taken. Every size of all positions will be measured. QC staff will check whether it matches other parts in an assembly.

Outgoing Quality Control
Every shipment has to be inspected by the QC people before sending to customers. A specific packing list would be put into the package boxes. Our QC would check whether all parts have been placed into the boxes, if destination address and phone are written correctly, etc.
