Old mill and dam

This mill, on the Pigeon River, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, is an attraction, turned into a restaurant. I’m guessing that it used to be a functioning mill. There’s a drop of several feet over the dam — note the people on the rocks for some idea of the size.

On the Salvage Turn Bridge in Gas Street Basin, Birmingham.
Is a bit early for the 2013 Birmingham Sky Ride, but saw these cyclists on the towpaths of the Worcester & Birmingham Canal near The Cube and Gas Street Basin.
Sky Ride Local is in Birmingham on Sunday 11th August 2013.
Meanwhile on the same day is Sarehole Mill and Tolkien Trail
The main Sky Ride Birmingham is on Sunday 15th September 2013 this year.
